MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Registered Nurse with a current, unencumbered license to practice in the state of South Carolina
  • Strong knowledge of Case-Mix, the Federal PPS process, and Medicaid reimbursement
  • Able to conduct and document accurate assessments and coordinate with other disciplines to ensure accurate and timely completion of the MDS

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Registered Nurse with a current, unencumbered license to practice in the state of South Carolina
  • Previous management experience

minimum QUALIFICATIONS

  • Must be a graduate of a basic educational program in professional nursing
  • RNs must have a current, unencumbered  license to practice as a RN in the state of South Carolina

Minimum Qualifications

  • Must be a graduate of a basic educational program in practical nursing
  • LPNs must have a current, unencumbered license to practice as a LPN in the state of South Carolina

Licensed Practical Nurse

  • Graduation from high school
  • Completion of a certification program for Nursing Assistants

  • Must be a graduate of an accredited college or university with a bachelors or masters degree in the applicable field of therapy
  • Must have current, unencumbered registration / licensure in the applicable field of therapy
  • Must have an interest in both sub acute care and geriatric rehabilitation

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible for general kitchen duties and food prep, distribution of food trays and maintaining a clean work environment; including washing of dishes and moping the floor of the kitchen and pantries

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • 10th grade High School education, however, a High school diploma or vocational training is preferred
